The label is the source
Ingredients and quantities come from the manufacturer's own published label. Not from a press release, not from a competitor's summary, and not from what the ingredient is famous for elsewhere.
What this site does
We read the label, then write down what it says.
Most supplement pages are written to sell. This one is written to be checked. We report the formula, the serving size and the price the manufacturer publishes — and we state plainly when the manufacturer publishes none of it.
That last part is the whole point. A missing number is information. Filling the gap with an invented figure, a stock testimonial or a before-and-after photo is how this category earned its reputation, and it is the one thing we will not do.

Gaps are reported as gaps
When a formula lists a proprietary blend without quantities, or a seller hides the price until checkout, we write that down. We never estimate a number and present it as fact.

No medical claims
A supplement is not a treatment. We describe what an ingredient is generally used for; we do not tell you what a product will do to a diagnosed condition. That conversation belongs with a clinician.

The commission does not move the verdict
We are paid the same affiliate rate whether a page is enthusiastic or blunt. Knowing that, you can read the blunt parts as meant.

Corrections get made
Show us something is wrong and we fix it or take it down. The contact address is a monitored inbox, not a form that disappears.
